New Product Introduction (NPI)
The introduction of new processes is a key focus at Fine Organics Limited.
Our goal is rapid technology transfer, while ensuring that we have safe, operable and economic processes meeting all the customer’s requirements.
On confirmation of an order, a Project Team is set up to cover all the key disciplines and a dedicated Project Manager is appointed.
We then work closely with the customer to manage all the project activities.
Direct communication between the responsible people from both parties (together with face-to face meetings as appropriate) is vital for effective knowledge transfer, and a visit to the customer’s site to review previous manufacture is often useful.
We keep the customer up to date during the project by regular emails, teleconferences and meetings, always with an eye on the deliverables of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
On completion of a project, we can supply a report covering the key learning points, along with suggestions for future improvements.
