Our Business Management System (BMS) is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system developed internally to link every function on the site.
Working on the principle of “data entered once, used by all”,
it enables rapid transfer of information around the site,
minimising delays and maximising efficient working.
Permeating all areas of the site, the Business Management System links Manufacturing, Quality, SHEQ, Human Resources, Logistics, Waste Management, Engineering, KPIs and Optimisation functionality.
This also includes full integration with commercial site systems and external systems, such as shop-floor data acquisition.
